Beer Bread


Beer Bread


3 cups Flour- sifted *must*-

3 tsp. baking powder-omit if using self rising flour-

1 tsp. salt -omit if using self rising flour-

2 tsp. dry active yeast

1 (12oz) can beer -or any carbonated drink, I like ginger ale better-

1/2 cup melted butter -I use less, maybe 1/4 cup-


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the beer. Pour into a greased loaf pan and cover with the melted butter. Bake for 1 hour and remove and let it coll for 15 minutes

Quick, Easy, and super good!
